Every product needs a way to hear you. This is ours.
Help is one click away
The support button sits in the header of every page, next to Help. One click opens Contact support.
Three kinds of feedback, one form
The window opens over your work, so you keep your place. Choose what this is about — a bug, a question, or a suggestion.
Severity, words, screenshots
For a bug, set how badly it blocks you: low, medium or high. Then describe what happened in your own words. Drag in a screenshot, or paste one straight from your clipboard — up to five files. A picture usually saves an entire conversation.
The form follows the type
Switch to a question or a suggestion and the severity field disappears. The form asks only for what that kind of feedback needs — a few sentences from you.
Send a suggestion
Not every message is a problem. Ideas and praise land in the same place, and they shape what gets built next. Write your note and send it. The page you were on, your plan and the last errors your browser saw are attached for you.
Every request gets an ID
The confirmation gives your request an ID. Keep it — quoting that ID later is faster than describing the whole thing again.
It lands on a real board
Your request does not sit in an inbox. It arrives on the board the team works from, already labelled and already carrying your context, ready for someone to pick up.
Say it from inside the product. We are listening.
