Chat tools

This is the RAG Manager – a chat over your documents, here twenty Keldmoor documents: contracts, orders, invoices and more. Switch the Agent on, and the assistant can use tools – each tool is one thing it can do: find documents, run a check, draw a table. The Tools button lists them by category, each with its own switch – for this conversation only. Badges mark the special ones: confirm – the assistant asks you first; approval – a person signs off in the Agent Manager; external – the data leaves DocReveal. This video starts with the Visual outputs – tables, charts, timelines, graphs – and then the tools that work across DocReveal.

Tables

First question: the September findings in a table – supplier, document, issue and amount. The answer panel shows the plan and every tool the assistant calls – the last one draws the table. Five findings – 15,900.36 USD that Keldmoor should not pay. The table is live: sort by any column, filter the rows, export to Excel, Word or Markdown. And under Data, the table stays as a dataset: export it, enlarge it, or bring it into the next question.

Charts and KPI tiles

Next: chart what each supplier invoiced against the contract terms, with the key numbers for September. The plan starts from that dataset and adds the totals per supplier. KPI tiles first: invoiced, per contract terms, not payable – and 7,050 USD of cargo that traveled without valid insurance. Then the chart: invoiced next to the contract terms, per supplier – most of the gap is Stavlund.

Timeline

Now the dates: orders, deliveries and payment deadlines on a timeline. One lane per kind of event – the discount deadlines calculated from the payment terms. And the gap is plain to see: Quarrow's insurance expired on September 15, and the next day it picked up the Norvalle shipment. Two discounts are still open, and Calendar exports these dates as an ICS file for your calendar.

Compare

What exactly did Amendment No. 1 change in the Stavlund price list? The Diff tool puts Annex A of the supply agreement next to the amendment and shows only what changed. From July 1, SF-220 went up from 0.42 to 0.46 USD, and SF-310 down from 1.15 to 1.09. Untick Only changes to see the whole price list. And the invoice still at 1.15 – INV-88147 – is 720 USD too high.

Graph

Who is involved in the Norvalle shipment, and how are they connected? The knowledge graph tools find the companies and their documents, and the Graph tool draws them as a network. Keldmoor at the top, the order, the contract, the bill of lading and the certificate in the middle, and the other companies below. Click a node to ask about it, or to open its document. And the chain shows the risk: Prairie Shield insured Quarrow only until September 15, and the carrier agreement does not allow transport without insurance.

Sources

Where exactly does the amendment set the new SF-310 price? Show me. Section 1.1, the price table on page 1. The answer links to the exact place, and previews the invoice that still uses the old price. Open the link: the original opens in the File Manager, with the SF-310 row highlighted.

Ask and follow up

Compare the contract with the invoice. But which pair? Several fit – so the assistant asks back, with options. Pick Quarrow, and the run continues: the freight invoice is 939.36 USD above the carrier agreement. The result comes as an Excel file, and suggested follow-ups sit under the answer – one click asks the next question.

Work across DocReveal

The other tools work across DocReveal: documents and their processing, business rules, labels, agents, help and more. Ask which documents need attention, and you get the two that failed the business rules – each with what to do. Running the rules again changes data, so the assistant asks first – approve it, and the run continues. Labels in this workspace need a person's approval: the request waits in the Agent Manager inbox until someone decides.

Your tool set

More tools come as packs from the Shop: visual outputs, calculations, document actions, registries and web – and maps, not installed here. Registries, web and maps send data outside DocReveal – the Shop marks them, and so does the Tools panel. In Settings, under Chat tools, choose which tools start switched off in every new conversation, and whether to show their technical names. Ten questions, one conversation – each answer in the form that fits it.
