What changes

What one platform changes in your company

One truth for everyone

Chat, agents, dashboards and your ERP all use the same checked data. No more arguing about whose spreadsheet is right.

Proof behind every number

Every answer and every amount points to the exact place in the document it came from. Ready for an audit.

Grow without growing the back office

People approve exceptions instead of retyping documents. Volume can grow while the team stays the same.

Tools you may know

DocReveal and the tools you may already use

Each of these tools does one part well. For the whole chain from document to ERP, companies usually combine several of them.

Document extraction

e.g. Rossum, ABBYY Vantage

What it does well
Turns invoices and other documents into data.
What the whole chain takes
Add a company memory to ask, AI agents and integrations.

AI assistants and chat

e.g. Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Glean

What it does well
Answers questions over files, email and chats.
What the whole chain takes
Add checked data from documents, totals across all of them and data sent to your ERP.

AI agent platforms

e.g. Microsoft Copilot Studio

What it does well
Lets you build your own AI agents.
What the whole chain takes
Add prepared data, business rules and controls, usually as a project.

Integration platforms

e.g. Make, Zapier, n8n

What it does well
Moves data between apps when something happens.
What the whole chain takes
Add reading documents, a company memory and answers with the source.

Large enterprise platforms

e.g. Microsoft, Google, UiPath

What it does well
Offers every piece from one vendor.
What the whole chain takes
Usually separate products, tied together by an implementation project.

All of it in one platform: one memory, one contract and a public price list.

Why DocReveal

Usually this takes four tools. Here it’s one platform.

Most companies piece this together from separate products, each with its own contract, its own copy of the data and its own integration. DocReveal does it all on one memory.

Document extraction

Reads the document and hands it on. That’s where it stops.

Chatbot over files

Talks about what it found. It doesn’t count, check or write anything.

AI agent platform

Needs the data, the rules and the controls from somewhere else.

Integration platform

Moves data between systems, but doesn’t understand documents.

Reads, remembers, answers and acts. Always on the same checked data.

  • One contract and a public price list
  • No wiring tools together
  • Permissions and audit in one place

Large enterprise platforms can do a similar chain, with budgets and projects sized for corporations. DocReveal is built and priced for mid-sized companies.

What’s inside

Six pillars on one company memory

All six work on the same checked data, so the chat, the agents, the dashboards and your ERP never disagree.

In the core

01Reads any document

Invoices, delivery notes, contracts, CVs. Scans, photos and handwriting too, with no templates to set up.

  • Any layout, any language
  • Admits when it is unsure
  • Checks figures by adding them up
In the core

02Company memory

Each document is processed once and kept in three forms: what it means, how it connects and the exact data in it.

  • Search by meaning, not just words
  • Knowledge graph of companies, people and amounts
  • One consistent data structure per document type
In the core

03Chat with proof

Ask in plain language across all your documents. The answer highlights the exact place it comes from.

  • Calculations and tables in the answer
  • Personal data hidden in answers
  • Export to Word, Excel or Markdown
In the core · dashboards add-on

04Rules and numbers

Your own business rules check every document. Analytics answers how many and how much.

  • Catches duplicates and totals that don’t add up
  • Plain questions become readable data queries
  • Management dashboards for the whole team

dashboards from €247 a month

05Agent workspace

Your own AI agents take over the routine: sorting invoices, watching contracts, filing mail. You decide how much they may do alone.

  • Ready templates for common jobs
  • Sensitive steps wait for approval
  • Budgets, limits and a record of every run

Shipment data goes straight into your forwarding system, without retyping.

HR and recruiting

CVs and candidate documents in any format and language

You askWho has five years of Java and speaks German?

One comparable overview of candidates instead of a folder of PDFs.

Management

All of the above, plus reports and contracts

Keldmoor is a fictional distributor. In September six supplier invoices arrive in English, Spanish and Czech, and a paper copy of one of them also turns up in the mailroom scan. Here is what DocReveal does with them.

  1. Reads

Six invoices, three languages, one structure.

Each invoice is read without templates and mapped into the same fields. A FACTURA and a FAKTURA become what they are: invoices you can compare.

  3. Answers

Finance asks in plain words. The answer names the one invoice billed at the old price, $720.00 too high, and opens the page of the amendment as proof.

An AI agent labels the disputed invoices “Do not pay – disputed” and drafts an e-mail to the supplier citing the contract. Nothing changes until someone clicks Approve.

Sea brings nearly three times the absolute margin of air: on air, the carrier takes most of the price.

  3. Connects

Even the file nobody classified finds its shipment.

Processing left a CMR without a document type. The agent recognised it from its content as a road consignment note and placed all twelve files in a shipment-by-document matrix.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Getting started

What does DocReveal do?

DocReveal turns your company’s documents into a shared memory that people, AI agents and your systems can work with. It is not just OCR or a chatbot — it is one platform built from connected pillars: • Document understanding — reads invoices, contracts, delivery notes, forms, e-mails, scans and photos without templates and turns them into validated, structured data. • Company memory — the brain of the platform: every document is processed once and kept as a summary, key facts, structured data and a knowledge graph of companies, people, amounts and their relationships. • Chat over documents (RAG) — questions in plain language across all your documents, with answers that point to the exact place in the source. • AI agents — digital colleagues that sort invoices, watch contracts or file incoming mail, within the permissions and approvals you set. • Integrations — data flow into your ERP, accounting, CRM, e-mail or spreadsheets without retyping. • Rules, analytics and control — business rules check every document, questions in plain words become governed reports and dashboards, and every step leaves an audit trail.

How is DocReveal different from OCR or a general AI chatbot?

OCR only turns an image into text, and a general AI chatbot answers only from what you paste into it. DocReveal processes every document once, as soon as it arrives: it extracts and checks the data, stores them in your company memory and keeps the evidence. Chat, analytics, agents and integrations then all work from the same verified source, every answer cites the exact file and page, and everything runs in your isolated workspace in the EU with a complete audit trail.

Is DocReveal only for invoices?

No. Invoices are a common first step, but DocReveal works with any business document — contracts and amendments, orders, delivery notes and CMR consignment notes, bank statements, CVs, forms, e-mails and internal documentation. It reads PDF, Word and Excel files, scans, photos and even handwritten documents.

Do we need templates or to train a model first?

No. DocReveal reads documents without pre-built templates and without training a model on your samples, so every supplier can keep its own layout. It recognizes the document type, extracts the data, says what it is unsure about and, where possible, checks the figures by adding them up. For your process we only set up what you need: the target data structure, mandatory fields and business rules.

Which languages does DocReveal work with?

Documents can arrive in different languages — an invoice in German, Spanish or Polish ends up in the same data structure as one in English, and you can ask about it in your own language. The application interface is available in 24 languages.

Which documents are a good first pilot?

Start with documents that arrive often and contain information your team repeatedly needs to review or enter elsewhere.

How should we start?

With a free demo — on our sample data, or on 10 to 20 of your own documents after we sign an NDA. Next comes the Process analysis: five man-days, one of them at your site, in which we map one bounded process — your systems, what to connect, how much time the process costs today and what can be automated. Its output is a quote. We start with that one process, measure the savings and only then move on to the next one.

What should we prepare before the demo?

A few typical documents (10 to 20 are plenty; we sign an NDA first), the information you need from them, the systems where the data should end up, and two or three questions you would like to ask your documents.
